Our company name is Extreme Sportswear, not UltraSeps. UltraSeps, QuikSeps, etc. are products we develop and distribute.

We prefer to be contacted regarding all questions and issues via email.

Using email permits us to be very precise and accurate with our reply in addition to including links, screenshots, etc. if needed to resolve an issue or general question. Since our product is used globally in every time zone, email is the most effective communication method.

Most support issues can be resolved however by reviewing our support page here.

All the information on our primary website UltraSeps.com is relevant to this new version (v3), including the support page.  Just disregard all reference to unlocking, authorization, QuickLicense and all matters pertaining to possible errors on authorization.

If its imperative to speak with us, please leave a voice mail and we’ll return the call as soon as possible, and always within 24 hours.
